A co-operation agreement between PDAM TIRTA KERTA RAHARJA KABUPATEN TANGERANG (PDAM) and TIRTA KENCANA CAHAYA MANDIRI (TKCM)

TKCM is a joint venture between PT Petrosea Tbk, PT Enviro Nusantara and PT Quarta Desira for the rehabilitation and increase of capacity of the Cikokol Water Treatment Plant, including the operation and maintenance of the plant for a period of 15 years.

The co-operation agreement between PDAM TKR and TKCM includes the implementation of a Rps 72.5 Billion investment program to be completed by TKCM within 3 years.

The Cikokol Water Treatment Plant is located on the eastern bank of the Cisadane River, in the Tangerang region of Indonesia.

The plant currently produces over 1,100 litres/second of clean water, serving 350,000 consumers approx in the Tangerang region, including part of Tangerang City.

Further investment in the plant will see production increase to over 1,575 l/s in the next three years. An increase of 65% over original production rates at take-over.
